Built by parents, for parents.
Tifio started with a simple, daily frustration: how do you get fresh, hot, home-cooked food to your child at school — safely, reliably, without the 7 AM scramble — when every food-delivery app is banned?
Every child deserves a hot home lunch.
Working families in India have always found a way to get home food to school — the Mumbai dabbawala is 130 years of proof. But that system never reached most cities, and it was never built for the modern parent who needs app-based tracking, allergy flags, and a delivery confirmation on their phone.
We built Tifio to fill that gap. Not as a tech disruption story, but as a practical, safety-first service that a parent — or a school principal — can trust from day one.
We are starting hyperlocal in Bengaluru and growing carefully, school by school, ensuring the quality and safety of every single delivery before we scale.

Bengaluru first. Then everywhere.
We believe the “hot home lunch at school” problem is shared by millions of families across India. Our plan is to prove the model in Bengaluru — getting the safety, quality, and parent experience right before we grow.
We are not in a rush. Every new school we partner with, every family whose child gets a hot lunch, is proof that the idea works. We scale only when we're sure the standard doesn't slip.
